Security cameras are governed by Ohio Laws and Administrative rules (Link). This policy applies to video surveillance in areas that are public or semi-public, in which there is not a reasonable expectation of privacy. It is important to note that just because an area may have restricted access, that alone does not create an expectation of privacy.

Each home’s exterior must comply with Nature’s Preserve Community Declarations and Design Guidelines, available under HOA>Documents on this site. Therefore board approval is required for all permanent external improvements including, but not limited to:
What is the process to request approval from the board?
You can request approval by completing the architectural review form available under HOA>Documents on this site.
Township and County approval is required (when applicable) prior to board for approval. Be sure to include all information on the project including: materials, colors, size, and location. A topographical plat map will need to be submitted to show where the project would be located in relation to the unit. This can be obtained from Twinsburg Township at (330) 425-4497.
